Welcome to the High School Youth Group web page. We enjoy fellowship, mission projects, youth services, and other activities. Some of the main events we do through the year are our candlelight dinner, youth service, retreats, lock-ins, ski trip, and mission trips.

The candle light dinner is a themed dinner (for example A night in Paris) that we put on for the adults in the church. The youth create entertainment, which includes singing, dancing, skits and any other crazy ideas we may come up with. The dinner is one of the biggest fundraisers of the High School youth. The profits go to fund our mission trips, retreats, and other activities throughout the year.

They also hosts the youth service every year. We plan out an entire service and offer it for the congregation. Usually the service is much more contemporary than the normal services. It takes several weeks to plan but the time and energy is worth it.

Some of our favorite forms of fellowship are our retreats and lock-ins. Retreats are held off church grounds and we go to retreat centers like Montreat, Meadowkirk and Massanetta Springs. We devote these trips to either broadening our knowledge in the Lord or planning one of our up coming events. Lock-ins are similar to retreats but usually are not as long and are held on the Church property.

Even with our busy schedule we still find time to go out and have some fun. We will go out and bowl, see a movie, go miniature golfing, or have a game night at the church.

We always welcome new members and encourage you to come and give the High School Youth Group a chance. Our regular meetings are not held over the summer but during the school year we meet most Sundays from 2:00 - 3:30 PM.
